Return & Refund Policy
Persian Ney Instruments
Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, all Persian Ney instruments are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered. Persian Ney is a blowing instrument that comes into contact with the mouth, so returns are not possible.
Digital Products
All digital products, including but not limited to:
- PDF books
- Downloadable files
- Digital lessons or audio
are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased and delivered.
CDs
CDs are final sale once opened.
If a CD arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage.
